Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pintrax, provided by Pintrax Golf Ltd ("we", "us"). Pintrax Golf Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17518478). Registered office: 3rd Floor, Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street, Bristol, BS1 1TG, United Kingdom. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Using Pintrax

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Pintrax.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You agree to use Pintrax only for its intended purpose: tracking golf, practising, and connecting with other golfers.

Pintrax Premium, free trials and billing

  • Some features require a Pintrax Premium subscription. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown to you before you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions are bought and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (including any free trial), your subscription renews automatically and you're charged for the next period.
  • You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the Pintrax app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription by itself.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
  • Promotional offers, such as founding member trials, referral rewards, or complimentary access, are described when they're offered and may be time-limited. We may change or end an offer for new sign-ups, but we'll honour any offer you've already started.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of any photos, videos, captions, and other content you post ("your content").
  • By posting content, you give us the licence we need to store and display it back to you and to other users, based on the audience setting you choose.
  • You're responsible for your content. Don't post anything that's illegal, harassing, infringing, or that violates someone else's rights.
  • When you share a round with a link, anyone who has the link can view that round's summary until you revoke it.

Community standards

  • Treat other golfers with respect. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, and spam are not allowed.
  • You can report content or a user you believe breaks these rules, and you can block anyone you don't want to interact with you.
  • We may review reports and remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

No professional advice

  • Handicap calculations, practice plans, and insights in Pintrax are estimates for informational purposes and are not an official handicap or professional coaching.
  • Badges and monthly challenges are for fun and motivation. They have no monetary value and can't be exchanged or transferred.

Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Data.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

  • Pintrax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
